Mediterranean Tomato & Basil Bruschetta with with Jacob’s Mediterranean Tomato & basil crackers

What you need:

What you do:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    Thinly slice the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese.. Chop the fresh basil and parsley. Mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Make the Salsa Paste:
    In a small bowl, mix together the salsa and minced garlic to create a paste-like consistency.
  3. Assemble the Bruschetta:
    Spread a thin layer of the salsa paste onto each Jacob’s Mediterranean Tomato & Basil Cracker.
  4. Add the Toppings:
    Place a slice of tomato on top of the salsa paste on each cracker. Add a slice of fresh mozzarella on top of the tomato slice.
  5. Season and Garnish:
    Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the mozzarella and tomato slices. Sprinkle chopped basil and parsley over the bruschetta.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Drizzle and Garnish:
    Optionally, drizzle a little balsamic glaze over the bruschetta for added flavor. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Serve:
    Serve immediately as a delightful appetizer or snack for your summer gatherings.
